More specifically:
Yoga: We will work with your yoga practice, starting with meeting you exactly where you are at. No pressure, no competition, no pretzel shapes (unless you're looking for advanced lessons). We’ll build from the ground up, answer your questions, and discuss your specific needs.
Meditation: Not sure where to start, how to sit or what to focus on? Learn some basic breathing techniques, chants, energization techniques and correct postures and why, to get you started on your next great adventure! Whether you're into spirituality or galactic Mother Nature, there is no wrong answer and no one-right-way to your meditation practice.
Fitness Goals: Get a custom tailored experience that sets you down the right path. Whether your aim is to bulk up, burn calories, learn how to boost your metabolism or simply work with body weight to tone and find your balance, you’ll soon discover how every fiber of your being is connected. You can’t just focus on one area without the other areas being impacted. The same goes unfortunately for injuries. So taking the preventative route of getting healthy now will serve you well for life.

Book your free consultation which lasts about ~20 minutes via Zoom. During this time you will have the opportunity to discuss what your goals and needs are. Then you can decide if you’d like to continue onward and book an appointment. If you choose to continue with private lessons we will build a road map together and work toward your goals.

Booking an appointment gives you a full 75 minutes to move, breathe, ask further questions, and work on you holistically.
This time is based on your wants and needs from your consultation. This time can be a full 75 minute yoga class, perhaps mixed with meditation, or be completely fitness inspired.
Please be punctual to your time slot. The clock starts at your scheduled time. If you arrive late we will still end on time, there is no extension. Thank you.
