Yoga: We will work with your yoga practice, starting with meeting you exactly where you are at. No pressure, no competition, no pretzel shapes (unless you're looking for advanced lessons). We’ll build from the ground up, answer your questions, and discuss your specific needs.

Learn some basic breathing techniques, chants, energization techniques and correct postures and why, to get you started on your next great adventure! Whether you're into spirituality or galactic Mother Nature, there is no wrong answer and no one-right-way to your meditation practice.

Fitness Goals: Get a custom tailored experience that sets you down the right path.
