    Maple was a fabulous retreat leader throughout the entire experience. She communicated well during the planning stages and remained flexible to individual needs and requests. During the retreat, Maple was fully present and supportive of the participants, and after the retreat, she continued to follow up with questions and requests for feedback. I felt safe and well taken care of!

  • Maple is a wonderful yoga teacher! She's very knowledgeable of different moves impacting the body in different ways and does a great job of providing alternatives if someone is having trouble with a body part (lower back, knees, etc.). Her classes are always a breath of fresh air, both a relaxing environment and a kick butt workout. Would highly recommend.
